Shipping and returns. Package delivery.
Our delivery times for orders to be shipped to the Iberian peninsula is up to 2 days (MRW).
Shipments outside the Iberian peninsula (CORREOS) usually take approx. 5 days.
Élite Seeds offers two payment methods for your orders so you can choose the option that best suits you:
· Bank transfer: Once the order has been placed transfer the order amount to one of the following bank accounts to Élite Seeds. It is necessary to include your full name as a payment reference in order to expedite shipping and avoid confusion.
· C.O.D: This option allows you to pay the courier upon receiving the package. The courier charges 5% of the order value for this service with a minimum €4 fee. It is necessary to have the money ready at the time of delivery. In the event that the order was returned to us we would not offer you again this form of payment on subsequent occasions. (THIS OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENTS WITH MRW).
Free delivery is available for orders 60 euros and over (only valid for the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
INCIDENTS AND RETURNS
1. In the case a defect is observed upon delivery of the order by the courier: check the parcel status and make a note of it on the delivery note indicating the issue (the parcel has been opened, squashed, there is an item missing, etc.).
2. If a defect is detected regarding the status of the goods once the parcel has been opened: please contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours in case of receiving any wrong or damaged item(s) or if you wish to return it for whatever reasons. You will be assigned an incident number and we shall contact you by email to provide instructions and solve the issue as soon as possible.
Note on seeds: Élite Seeds performs periodic seed germination tests to guarantee its viability and freshness. For this reason, Élite Seeds will not be held liable for any issues concerning germination nor other incidents arising thereof.
